An important partnership for Don’t Leave Me’, the Italian series presented at the Drama Series Pitching Forum in the last edition of MIA. The agreement involves Paypermoon production company and the international distribution company Federation Entertainment.
Federation Entertainment will be involved not only in the co-production of the thriller series written by Leonardo Fasoli, Maddalena Ravagli (famous for Gomorra) and Gideon Yago (Narcos), but also in the management of international sales. Don’t Leave Me, which in Italy is being developed by Paypermoon Italia Rai, will comprise 8 episodes and will be set between Venice and Rome. Ivano Fachin, Giovanni Galassi, and Tommaso Matano are also among the screenwriters.
Don’t Leave Me follows the story of the deputy commissioner Elena Zonin, a single mother who has just returned with her son to Venice. She goes back to the city where she was born in Christmas and meets a desperate woman who lost her son. Together with her colleague Nicola Vianello, the deputy commissioner, will try to solve the case.
