What would you do if your boss asked you to turn a blind eye on his illiegal activities? In this documentary employees, public officers, judges, lawyers, talk about the corruption cases they have experienced first-hand. All stories that despite being different present the same elements: constant corruption, attempts to involve others, intimidations for those who don’t play the game, mobbing, isolation.
On one side of the table there’s a normal employee who discovers his boss’ illicit businesses and has to decide if he should risk his life and future. On the other side of it, there is a criminal system that makes 100 billions euros per year.
