Frederic is a serial entrepreneur with nearly 20 years of practice in strategic consulting and management of high-growth companies in the high tech, media, services and private equity industries.
Since 2015, Frederic is a founding partner and the President of the Logical Pictures Group, which designs and implements tailor-made financial, artistic and technological solutions in entertainment to foster talent. The Logical Pictures Group has made its mark internationally in the content industry by developing a unique creative environment, thanks to specialized and autonomous sister companies: feature film financing and production (Logical Pictures), French distribution (The Jokers Films), international sales (Pulsar Content), advertising (Loveboat) and software tools (Cascade8).
Frederic is an Engineer graduated from Ecole Centrale de Lyon. Previously, he has been a well-connected driving force in many game changing ventures:
- 1997 – 2004: Senior Manager with ERNST & YOUNG Strategy consulting group, founder of the start-up lab in France
- 1999-2001: VP Marketing of PALMWARE, a start-up pioneering mobile devices software and content
- 2004-2009: Founder and CEO of GARDERISETTES, one of the first private childcare center network in France, built-up into Babilou in 2009
- 2009-2016: VP Global Operations of BABILOU, French leader of the private childcare centers market. Launched the international operations for Babilou in Germany, Belgium, UAE and Switzerland.
- 2013-2020: Founding partner of Capitem, an entrepreneurial smallcap LBO private equity fund that raised 70 m€ in 2013 and 2017 and has already invested more than 40 m€ in 25 companies.
- 2021-…: Founding partner of Jadel, an evergreen small cap LBO fund that raised 35M€ in 2021.
