Mounia Aram has 19 years experience in the animation industry, starting her career at ShoPro Entertainment in 2003. Since 2019 with her Mounia Aram Company she is bringing African animation to the international market.
Mounia is a member of the Academy of Television Art & Science (Emmy Awards), joined the Geena Davis Institute for Gender in Media, winner of the “Black in Animation” Award and she was featured on CNN “African Voices – Change Maker.” In 2022 she is opening her animation studio in Agadir, Morocco.
