MIA is committed to granting the participation of the widest range of audiovisual businesses, particularly startups and small and medium-sized companies, thanks to its sustainable accreditation fees. It takes into account, overcomes, and, where possible, eliminates physical barriers guaranteeing support for the disabled. It considers everyone’s dietary needs, providing the proper food for medical, ethical, and religious reasons so all participants can fully benefit from the event.

MIA guarantees the dissemination and sharing of all information, particularly any relevant and necessary, to ensure the most enjoyable event.

For MIA, inclusion represents a shared value for both the staff and the event applicants. MIA is committed to fully, meaningfully and without any sort of exclusion, heeding the needs, expectations, and interests of the stakeholders and participants in the event, promoting an inclusive account for the individuals and companies involved. ETHICAL BEHAVIOR
MIA forbids any form of bullying, discrimination, or harassment carried out in person or through physical or electronic communication, both within its staff and among the market participants.

MIA adheres to the Women in Film, TV, and Media Italy Rules and Ethical Behavious in the Audiovisual Field, a prevention tool against sexual harassment, acts of intimidation, and any form of discrimination, gender violence, and body shaming in the workplace or study venue, to protect the personal dignity of male and female workers and male and female students of the audiovisual sector.
